Returns & Refunds

We offer refunds or replacements only for the following situations:

  • Item arrives damaged

  • Item arrives defective

  • Wrong item received

  • Order does not arrive due to carrier error

To process a refund or replacement, customers must provide photo or video proof within 30 days of delivery.

No Refunds For

  • Buyer’s remorse (ā€œchanged my mindā€)

  • Minor shipping delays

  • Incorrect address provided by customer

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Items returned without proof of issue

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs for non-defective items.
